Lawn sprinkler system contractor

Originally paid and hired for holiday lights for 2022 season, lights kept being delayed due to staffing and family issues within the business, we were patient and understanding as our lights never made it up in 2022. We decided to keep them on board for 2023 season. Lights were installed at Halloween and were told lights would be taken down in January. Several emails and call attempts made between January and April, now phone number appears disconnected and email kicks back saying not valid. We now have to hire another company to take these lights down. Jason and his company took advantage of our kindness and understanding in 2022. I do not suggest anyone use this company for anything.

Absolutely amazing service and customer care! I called them late on New Year’s Eve because I had a leak in my rental unit and although they were completely swamped with calls, a plumber showed up at 10:30 PM and repaired the leak. Everyone I spoke to on the phone that day and in subsequent days provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional and extremely rude!!. The 1st impression you get from a company is the people who answer their phone. It was unfortunate I spoke to women who acted like a 4 year old having a temper tantrum and could not even have an adult conversation. There was no excuse to behave in that manner to a customer no matter the circumstances!!!!!! I give this company no stars !!

They are friendly and take the time to inform you of their plans and actions. Excellent communication made it possible for our yard to contain exactly what we wanted. The crew took the time to make our yard beautiful and was meticulous in their work. We are incredibly happy customers and would recommend this business to anyone looking for a knowledgeable landscaper.

Chase had awesome communication throughout the process. He was on time. His workmanship was excellent and he patiently explained the system. I consider his fees to be an excellent value for the work performed and peace of mind. I will definitely use GRON again!

I have been dealing with Year Round Landscaping for over 20 years. Through the years we have supplied them with an assortment of products for them and their customers. When it came time to have my tired fence rebuilt I called on Joe and John at Year Round. It quickly became evident to me why they have been so successful over the years. They are professional, courteous and pay attention to details. I met with John and he was upfront with me warning that because of their current workload it could be up to 2 months until they show up to do my job. They showed up within a month and a half and we're done a few days later. The first crew came in and removed the existing fencing and installed the new posts. They were very friendly and did a great job, the posts all lined up beautifully. The next crew came in the following day to put up the fence boards, they also did an amazing job and we found them to be very friendly and thoughtful. My wife was home the whole time and never heard a thing. We've been getting compliments from the neighbors about how great our new fence looks. Great job guys, we won't hesitate to call you again in the future. Thank you.
